- Can non-residents buy?
- Yes. Foreign nationals can hold property in Nigeria, and our developments sit on land with a verified Certificate of Occupancy. We will walk you through the paperwork.
- What deposit is required?
- Reservation is 10% of the purchase price, payable on signing. The balance follows the payment plan published on each project page.
- Is finance available?
- Off-plan mortgages are available through several Nigerian lenders once construction passes agreed milestones. Our team can introduce you.
- How is my payment protected?
- All buyer funds are held in a dedicated project escrow account and released against verified construction milestones, certified by an independent quantity surveyor.
