Commission is released within 30 days of the buyer's reservation clearing escrow. Rates are published, not negotiated case by case.

Individual

Anyone with a network. No licence required for a personal introduction.

Licensed broker

Registered estate agents and agencies, paid per completed unit.

Owner referral

5.5%

Existing owners in any of our developments. Our highest rate, deliberately.
