Why we publish construction updates nobody asked for
Every milestone, filmed and dated. It costs us a morning a month and it has changed how buyers talk to us.
Off-plan buying asks a lot of trust. You pay for something that does not exist yet, on a schedule set by someone else, and for two or three years the only evidence you have is a payment reminder.
So we film the site every month. Not a rendered flythrough — the actual site, dated, with the project manager saying what moved and what did not.
The uncomfortable months are the point. When the raft pour slipped three weeks last spring, that video says so. A buyer who hears about a three-week slip from us does not need to hear about it from a forum.
It costs a morning a month. It has been the single most effective thing we have done for referrals.
